Starting at a young age, Rennae’s passion has always been figures and numbers. After a start in Economics, Rennae decided she preferred the more hands-on approach that accounting could offer. She went on to complete an Advanced Diploma in Accounting from Swinburne University of Technology while working full time in finance and office administration positions.
It wasn’t until she became a Business Systems Consultant specialising in Small to Medium businesses for the Attaché Software accounting package that she realised her true calling. Rennae truly believes that seeing a client’s business develop and grow based on the service and advice that she provides is the ultimate reward.
During her successful 12 year career, Rennae has assisted with the implementation of GST for over 100 businesses. She has seen the changes in Payroll requirements due to government policy and Fair Work legislation. She has also assisted numerous clients with the development of policy and procedure documentation required to run an efficient and effective workplace.
Business Services by Ren was formed when Rennae realised there was a need in the bookkeeping market for a friendly, professional bookkeeper with a passionate understanding of a variety of industries.
Rennae is a registered BAS Agent and a member of the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers. She is also a certified Xero Advisor and Payroll Specialist.
Sally comes from a retail background and has always had a keen interest in office administration and HR. She was quickly promoted to an office administration role and excelled. While embarking on maternity leave, Sally decided to expand her knowledge and skills by studying HR.
Sally values strong business relationships and client satisfaction and brings a wide variety of skills to the table along with an organised and efficient work style.
Connie comes from a sales background working in a diverse range of industries.
Starting out as a sales consultant for Springvale Cemetry, Connie ran training programs including the production of manuals and procedures while running tours and sales. She moved on to Pacific Brands where she was a highly successful Territory Manager selling classic Australian brands such as Bonds, Jockey, Voodoo and Berlei.
Connie met Rennae as one of her Clients when she worked as an Internal Sales Coordinator. Their friendship and professional respect grew and Connie joined the BSBR team soon after.
Connie’s experience is vital to the smooth running of BSBR and she continues to serve and delight Clients.
